Webmaster Maintenance Plan customer requests are guaranteed to always receive priority over standard maintenance requests, typically resulting in turn-around time of 1-5 business days, depending on the nature of the request. With the Webmaster Maintenance Plan, you will benefit from: Faster completion of request for updates Unlimited covered maintenance Discounted hourly rates on non-covered maintenance Annual Search Engine Optimization evaluation (12 month plan only) The Webmaster Maintenance Plan COVERS support ticket updates such as: All HTML content updates such as browser text updates and photo updates of your existing site per your Design Quote and Agreement, modifications of existing site template that DOES NOT require structural graphical re-design, and HTML page additions and modifications up to number of pages your agreement allows. *The Webmaster Maintenance Plan does NOT* cover support ticket updates such as:** Website re-design or modification of existing site template layout that requires structural graphical re-design, addition of pages or new or add-on projects not included under your original Agreement, or tasks requiring outsourcing of programming or installation and/or configuration of third party programs or scripts (i.e. online shops, blog, affiliate marketing software, photo galleries, etc.). Such requests will require a formal quote for services. *Rates subject to change. Rates are valid from the time of sign-up until package expiration. Packages will renew based on the current package rates available. Current rates effective as of July 19, 2010.

If you are not signed up for a Maintenance Package Plan, but would like priority maintenance support on case by case basis, you can pay as you go. Covered requests fall under the same description as the Website Maintenance packages above.

Standard maintenance is included at no charge on all paid hosting accounts and will receive service as soon as all PRIORITY service requests have been met, typically resulting in 7-14 business day turn-around. Standard service requests may be finished sooner or longer, based on the volume of priority requests in the support queue.
